Property Description: This newer lakefront house provides gorgeous views of scenic Lake Leelanau from inside or out. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen, and one with 2 twin beds, blankets and pillows.  The living room has a queen size hide-a-bed, an entertainment center with AM/FM stereo/CD/cassette, and remote color cable television and DVD/VCR.  The house is equipped for housekeeping, including microwave, electric radiant top range, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, pans and utensils.  The bathroom has a shower, and there is a 2-car garage and opener.  YOU WILL NEED TO BRING SHEETS, PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS.  

There is a large wrap-around deck with furniture and gas grill, directly overlooking the lake.  Lawn furniture, a picnic table and a fire pit by the water (firewood provided) are all included.  

The gently sloping lakeshore and sandy bottom provide excellent swimming.  A private swim raft is provided for you enjoyment.  Lake Leelanau has some of the best fishing in Michigan, and a dock and rowboat are provided.  The Solon Twp. public access is conveniently located, ¼ mile away, if you bring your own boat.  

Lake Leelanau is a sand bottom, 23 mile long lake, south end in Traverse City and the north end is Leland. Great boating and all-sports lake. Large enough that you won't ever feel crowded. Boat on up to the town of Lake Leelanau or Leland for shopping and dinner. Lots to do in Leland as far as sightseeing and shopping.

3 Pontoon boats to offer ranging from $800-1200 per week or $175-225/day.  New 3-seater Sea Doo jetskis, $1200/week or $650 for 3 consecutive days each.  Mastercraft Ski boat with skis and tubes for $2000/week.
